Adair Ice –  Delivery & Service Policy

Thank you for choosing Adair Ice as your preferred supplier for premium-quality party ice. To ensure efficient service, product integrity, and customer satisfaction, please review and adhere to the following policies:

1. Order Placement

• Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability.

• Large orders  requiring multiple drop-offs must be confirmed 48–72 hours in advance.

• Last-minute requests are subject to stock availability.
  
  

2. Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery is available across select locations and is subject to delivery fees based on distance and order size.

• A client or authorized representative must be present at the delivery location to receive and confirm the order.

• If applicable, Adair Ice will pick up ice bins or coolers after the event. These must be emptied and returned in good condition.

 
3. Product Handling & Liability

• Ice is a perishable product. Adair Ice is not liable for melting or spoilage once delivery has been completed.

• It is the client’s responsibility to store ice properly in coolers or ice bins after delivery.
  
  

4. Equipment Rentals (If Applicable)

• Coolers, ice bins, and ice scoops are available for rent and must be returned within 24 hours in clean, undamaged condition.

• Any lost or damaged equipment will be billed at full replacement cost.
  
  

5. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required prior to or upon delivery unless a credit arrangement has been approved in advance.

• Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer 
  
  

6. Event & Venue Accessibility

• Clients must ensure delivery access to the event site (e.g., parking, stairs, loading zones).

• If additional labor or time is required due to venue layout, an extra handling fee may apply.
  
  

7. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure someone is present at the delivery site to accept and sign for the order.

• Provide clear directions and instructions at the time of booking to avoid delays.

• Report any issues or discrepancies immediately upon delivery.
